the Santa Fe Flea Market. How cute are these?

Ruby Lou Love

we were SO happy to spend time with the
Seattle Brownrigg's... only one -thanks to Photoshop!-
of the family together and no pics, unfortunately, of
"d'ose twins, cute." or Ali, but lots of precious Ruby Lou!

Girls Night Out

Thanks

to Erin at Fly In My Mint Julep for
the fun idea of Simpson-izing oneself...
here is the Simpson's version of Dre, Craig and Angus:

very Simpson's.

Sweeties

that'd be us.

Oh, Bombay...

how can you be so sweet?

Good Food

We had dinner at Rancho De San Juan in Northern New Mexico for Craig's parents anniversary this weekend.
Here are a few photos of what we ate.

Craig had the scallops and I had the rib eye with
pomme frites. For dessert we shared a pistachio,
pineapple + mango ice cream terrine with berries
and it. was. yummy.

Home Grown

is the way to go.

Craig can grow a mean crook neck squash.
Them 'maters are pretty tasty too.

Must See Film

This weekend we got to see Volver and it was amazing.
It was so funny and witty, yet there were times that I couldn't help but feel a bit sad for the characters. Overall,
I was pleased with this film and I'd like to see it again sometime. I highly recommend you see it too - I'm certain
you'll love it!

Another Monday...

today is going alright so far.

Craig and Angus are in Espanola for
the evening, so it's just me and Bombs.
When I get home, I'll do the following:

1. Lay around on the family bed with Bombs
for a while and cool off... it's hot today.

2. Take the pug on a walk... he's been inside
all afternoon, probably eating and sleeping
and farting... he'll need some exercise.

3. Color my hair while watching The Age of Love:
Kittens vs. Cougars
and picking things up with my
toes... it's fun. I'm torn between which age group I
like best.

4. Eat some dinner... what'll I have tonight?

5. Take an evening cruise with Brittany.

6. Finalize, or at least try, the itinerary for
this weekend... anniversary/reunion thing in Espa.

7. Miss my baby... he'll be home tomorrow.

Girls Night Out!

Wednesday, the girls from work and I are
having a little Girl's Night Out Fun...

We're going over to Martini Grille for some
cheesey 80's fun with Vanilla Pop!

Yay! I can't wait!

PINK

So long, Color Week, we'll see you again sometime!

This Just In:

My new old-timey bike -

... her name is Brittany.

I love It!

This weekend, that is.

Both yesterday and today, Craig, Bombs and I got
to sleep in til 11:30am or so... it. was. heaven.

We had a delicious breakfast over at the new
Perea's -why'd they move again?- and then hit
the Expo New Mexico Flea Market. We didn't
find anything great on this trip, but we did see
a local 'Burque legend, Don Schrader (sp?)...

Later, Sweets and I cuddled, ate, cuddled some more,
did our internets, loved the pug, laughed and ate just
a little more. I discovered a delicious new snack:
homemade popcorn with lots of salt + real butter, then
add cinnamon and sugar...it rocks!

Today, after our sleeps, Craig made us a breakfast of toast,
scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee. He just picked up the
boy from his mum's house, so later the 3 of us are going on
a bike ride... I love my new bike!
